He opened the cover to reveal the strings inside. He placed the bar that would stop it from closing. The chair whined as it took the stress of him sitting down. He started. His pallid face stricken with emotion, his fingers seemed to attack the keys, and yet it came out subtle. His body swayed along with his fingers. The notes seem to fly in waving patterns, like a bumblebee. His shoes that needed a replacement stepped on the pedals with presision together with his fingers. &nbsflight of the bumblebee

Blue Salt-chapter oneChapter One The smell of frying butter, fresh and indulging, the bubbly syrup of fat coating the pan, the morning smelled of breakfast. The sizzle of butter, crisp like glade except savory and it doesn't burn the throat. The heat from the burner warmed my whole body, which was cold from sleep. I flexed my fingers, stiff and cold. My mind swirled just like the melted butter. I was nostalgic of my mom's cooking early in the morning.
